Girls Can Do Science Too is a global initiative designed to develop
solutions to address the gender equity challenges in Science, Technology,
Engineering, and Math (STEM). The purpose of the initiative is to increase
the number of girls and women in STEM. Our goal is to Inspire, Empower,
Motivate, and Educate girls to develop, cultivate, and sustain an interests in
STEM while providing innovative curriculum, resources, and STEM
opportunities . GCDST provides access and opportunities for everyone to
participate in science. The
Girls Can Do Science Too initiative is
committed to working with schools and organizations to help eliminate the
gender equity gap in STEM.

Dr. Domonique Bulls is the founder of
Girls Can Do Science Too. Dr.
Bulls is a Buffalo, NY native that developed an interest in science at a young
age.  She has a Bachelors degree in Biology, from North Carolina A&T State
University, a Master's degree in Science Education from North Carolina State
University, and a Ph.D in Science Education from the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Dr. Bulls and her team partners with schools and
organizations to develop innovative curriculum, programs, workshops, and
professional development.

Dr. Bulls created
Girls Can Do Science Too  to highlight the importance
of women in science, motivate girls and teens to participate in science,
provide support, access, and opportunities to students.  AND to let the world
know...
